Simply a Gnome! Free Pattern!

I've designed a little amigurumi gnome! He's a simple little fellow. Crochet him and decorate him with your own special touches. Download the PDF pattern for free using the link at right under "Free Goodies" or simply click here.

Very Important Note: This pattern is for your personal use only. Please don't distribute or sell this pattern, or sell toys you make with it. If you'd like to link to this pattern, please link to my blog and not directly to the pattern. Thanks for respecting copyright!

I love this little guy. I've been such a gnome nut for so long. I have a similar on my blog. But it's not one I came up with per se. I got it from one I did up a number of years ago that used to be online (free). Don't even know where I found the guy.

Love your Gnome!!

Thanks!

BTW I've got free patterns on my blog as well. Moose pattern's in english.

Thanks again

This is so lovely. I only found him recently, but have made one already and have plans for more! The photo is on my (fairly new) blog and I have linked to your home page, hope that's OK.

Very cute pattern. I have a friend who loves gnomes and I know she would get a kick out of this.

I would like to say, though, that you are incorrect about copyright - that only applies to your written instructions. If someone wants to follow them, they can sell the item they made from them, but they cannot sell your written instructions.

http://www.tabberone.com/Trademarks/CopyrightLaw/Patterns.shtml

"A pattern is a procedure, process or method of operation, for making something. The specific instructions for making the item might, might, qualify for copyright registration but that copyright only would cover the written instructions, not the patterns or what was made from the patterns."

Dear Anonymous, thanks for your comment on copyright. However, since I specifically ask that folks not sell the toys they make, it would be discourteous to do so, don't you think? We craftspersons have to respect each other--or no one will. Please DON'T sell toys you make from my pattern. Thanks.
